THE RIDE Canada! 150 CONTEST (“Contest”)

OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS 

THIS CONTEST IS OPEN TO CANADIAN RESIDENTS ONLY

AND IS GOVERNED BY CANADIAN LAW


Standard data rates apply to participants who choose to participate in the Contest via a mobile device.  Please contact your service provider for pricing and service plan information and rates before mobile device participation.

 

 

1. GRAND PRIZE CONTEST PERIOD:  

 

The Contest begins on January 6, 2017 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 26, 2017 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”). The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of this Contest will be the official clock(s) used by the Motorcycle & Moped Industry Council and 8061246 Canada Inc., operating as Power Sport Services (the “Sponsors”). For the purposes of this Contest, a week is defined as from each Friday at 12:00:01 a.m. ET until the following Thursday at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (a “Week”).


2. GRAND PRIZE ELIGIBILITY: 

 

The Grand Prize (see Rule 9) portion of this Contest is only open to residents of Canada who have reached the legal age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Despite the foregoing, employees, contracted staff, contracted associates, board of directors members, committee members, representatives and agents (and the immediate family members (i.e. spouse, parents, step-parents, children, step-children, brothers and sisters) of any such employee, contracted staff, contracted associate, board of directors member, committee member, representative or agent, whether domiciled together or not) of the Sponsors, Canadian Off-Highway Vehicle Distributors Council, Tag Agency, The Marco Corporation (the “Administrator”), or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, members companies, affiliates, prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies, or any other individual(s), entity or entities involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Contest (collectively, the “Contest Parties”) are not eligible to enter the Contest.  By participating in this Contest, you are signifying your agreement that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Official Rules and Regulations (the “Rules”).


3. SECONDARY PRIZE ENTRY PERIODS AND ELIGIBILITY:

 

There are seven (7) regional Secondary Prize (see Rule 9) entry periods (each a “Secondary Prize Entry Period”, collectively “Secondary Prize Entry Periods”) during the Contest Period, as follows:

4. HOW TO ENTER - NO PURCHASE NECESSARY:

 

i. Grand Prize Entry:.  To enter the Contest, eligible entrants must go to: ridecanada150.ca (the “Website”) and follow the on-screen instructions to obtain and fully complete the official Contest Entry Form (the “Entry Form”), which requires you to: (a) enter your first name, last name, valid email address, telephone number and province/territory of residence; (b) indicate that you have read, accept and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Official Contest Rules (the “Rules”); and (c) upload your unique and original GIF, JPG or PNG image (an “Image”) that depicts you on your motorcycle, or a location in Canada that you like to ride to on your motorcycle (the “Theme”). When you have fully completed the Entry Form (including uploading an Image, providing all of the required information and you have agreed to the Rules), click the “Enter” button and you will receive one (1) entry (a “Grand Prize Entry”) into the Grand Prize Draw (defined below). In order to be eligible, your Entry Form must be submitted and received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period.

 

ii. Regional Secondary Prize Entry:   Any eligible entrant who meets the regional eligibility requirements (see Rule 3 above) and who submits an Entry Form during the corresponding Secondary Prize Entry Period will receive one (1) entry (a “Secondary Prize Entry”) into the corresponding Secondary Prize Draw (defined below).

Grand Prize Entries and Secondary Prize Entries will each be referred to as an “Entry” and collectively as “Entries.

 

5. ENTRY LIMITS:

There is a limit of one (1) Grand Prize Entry per person, per Week, during the Contest Period. There is a limit of one (1) Secondary Prize Entry per person per Secondary Prize Entry Period. For the avoidance of doubt, the maximum number of Grand Prize Entries that an eligible entrant can earn during the Contest Period is forty two (42), which is only possible if you submit the maximum allowable number of one (1) Entry Form during each Week of the Contest. Under no circumstances will anyone be permitted to submit more than one (1) Entry Form during each Week of the Contest.  To be eligible, the Image associated with your Entry Form must be unique and original (i.e. you cannot submit the same or substantially the same Image more than one (1) time in this Contest).  If it is discovered by the Sponsors (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Sponsors) that any person has attempted to: (i) exceed any of the limits stated in these Rules; and/or (ii) use multiple names, identities, email addresses, and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s), and/or any other means not in keeping with the Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Rules to enter or otherwise participate in or to disrupt this Contest; then he/she may be disqualified from the Contest in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsors.  The Contest Parties and each of their respective agents, employees, directors, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for, and accept no liability whatsoever in relation to, any late, lost, misdirected, delayed, incomplete or incompatible Entry Forms (all of which are void).  An Entry Form may be rejected if, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsors: (i) the Entry Form (including, but not limited to, the associated Image) is not submitted and received in accordance with these Rules; and/or (ii) the Image associated with the Entry Form is not in compliance with these Rules (including, but not limited to, the specific Submission Requirements listed below in Rule 7); all as determined by Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion.


6. VERIFICATION:

All Entries, Entry Forms (including the associated Images) and entrants are subject to verification at any time and for any reason.  The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsors – including, without limitation, government-issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual’s eligibility to participate in this Contest; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any Entry, Entry Form (including the associated Image) and/or other information entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Contest; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Sponsors deem necessary, in their sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Contest in accordance with the Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Rules.  Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsors within the timeline specified by the Sponsors may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.  


7. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

 

BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY FORM, YOU AGREE THAT THE ENTRY FORM (AND EACH INDIVIDUAL COMPONENT THEREOF – INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMAGE) COMPLIES WITH ALL CONDITIONS STATED IN THESE RULES. THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY YOU AND BEAR NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER REGARDING: (I) THE USE OF YOUR ENTRY FORM (OR ANY COMPONENT THEREOF – INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMAGE); (II) PARTICIPATION IN ANY CONTEST-RELATED ACTIVITIES; (III) ANY USE, COLLECTION, STORAGE AND DISCLOSURE OF ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION; AND/OR (IV) IF DECLARED A WINNER, THE PRIZE (INCLUDING ANY USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE).  THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL ALSO BE HELD HARMLESS BY YOU IN THE EVENT IT IS DISCOVERED THAT YOU HAVE DEPARTED FROM OR NOT OTHERWISE FULLY COMPLIED WITH ANY OF THESE RULE.S THIS RELEASE AND INDEMNITY SHALL CONTINUE IN FORCE FOLLOWING THE TERMINATION OF THE CONTEST AND/OR AWARDING OF ANY PRIZES.  


By participating in the Contest, each entrant hereby warrants and represents that any Image(s) he/she submits: 

  1. is/are original to him/her and that the entrant has obtained all necessary rights in and to the Image(s) for the purposes of entering such Image(s) in the Contest;

  2. does not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;

  3. does not contain any reference to or likeness of any identifiable third parties, unless consent has been obtained from all such individuals and their parent/legal guardian if they are under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence; 

  4. will not give rise to any claims whatsoever, including, without limitation, claims of infringement, invasion of privacy or publicity, or infringe on any rights and/or interests of any third party; and

  5. is/are not defamatory, trade libelous, pornographic or obscene, and further that it will not contain, depict, include, discuss or involve, without limitation, any of the following: nudity; alcohol/drug consumption or smoking; explicit or graphic sexual activity, or sexual innuendo; crude, vulgar or offensive language and/or symbols; derogatory characterizations of any ethnic, racial, sexual, religious or other groups (including, without limitation, any competitors of Sponsors); that endorses, condones and/or discusses any illegal, inappropriate or risky behaviour or conduct; personal information of individuals, including, without limitation, names, telephone numbers and addresses (physical or electronic); commercial messages, comparisons or solicitations for products or services other than products of Sponsors; any identifiable third party products, trade-marks, brands and/or logos, other than those of Sponsors (e.g. any clothing worn and/or products appearing in your Image(s) must not contain any visible logos, trade-marks or other third party materials unless the appropriate consents have been obtained --- note: all identifiable third party products, trade-marks, brands and/or logos for which consent has not been obtained by the entrant must be blurred out so as to be unrecognizable); conduct or other activities in violation of these Rules; and/or any other materials that are or could be considered inappropriate, unsuitable or offensive, all as determined by the Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion.

The Sponsors and/or their promotional agency or designated content moderator (the “Reviewer”) reserves the right to screen all Images.   Any Image(s) that the Reviewer deems, in its sole and absolute discretion, to violate the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules are subject to disqualification.  The Reviewer reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion at any time and for any reason, to remove any Image (or any part thereof).   If such an action is necessary at any point during or after the Contest, then the Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to take whatever action it deems necessary based on the circumstances – including, without limitation, disqualifying the Image (and therefore the corresponding Entry(ies) and/or the associated entrant) – to help ensure that the Contest is being conducted in accordance with the Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Rules.


8. LICENSE:

 

By entering the Contest and submitting an Entry Form, each entrant: (i) grant to the Sponsors, in perpetuity, a non-exclusive license to publish, display, reproduce, modify, edit, communicate to the public by telecommunication and otherwise use his/her Image(s) (and each component thereof), in whole or in part, in any type of media for advertising or promoting the Contest or for any other reason, worldwide and in perpetuity; (ii) waives all moral rights in and to his/her Image(s) (and each component thereof) in favour of the Sponsors (and anyone authorized by the Sponsors to use such Image(s)); and (iii) agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from use of his/her Image(s) (or any component thereof), including, without limitation, any claim based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trade-mark infringement or any other intellectual property related or other cause of action whatsoever.   

 

 

9. PRIZES:

 

Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”) available to be won, consisting of a new 2017 motorcycle (maximum value = $10,000 CDN, including applicable taxes) from a motorcycle dealership in Canada affiliated with the Sponsor’s member companies (subject to Sponsor’s approval, in their sole and absolute discretion) (the “Dealership”). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following general conditions apply to the Grand Prize: (i) the Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable or convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion); (ii) no substitutions except at Sponsor’s option; (iii) Sponsors reserve the right at any time to substitute the Grand Prize or a component thereof for any reason with a prize or prize component(s) of equal or greater value, including, without limitation, but solely at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, a cash award; (iv) the Grand Prize redemption process must take place via the Sponsor’s designated representative; (v) the Grand Prize must be obtained  by the Sponsor’s designated representative (in consultation with the Grand Prize winner) from a Dealership affiliated with one of the Sponsor’s member companies (member companies are listed on the Sponsor’s website at http://www.mmic.ca/member-companies/; however, the final Dealership selected will be subject to Sponsor’s approval, in its sole and absolute discretion); (vi) manufacturer’s standard warranty applies to the Grand Prize; (vii) upon notification, the confirmed winner may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsors, be required to personally take delivery of the Grand Prize from a Dealership within Canada reasonably close to his/her place of residence in Canada, as determined by Sponsors, in their sole and absolute discretion, the confirmed Grand Prize winner will be required to present adequate personal identification (in a form acceptable to the Sponsors – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification); (viii) Grand Prize will not be released unless and until the confirmed Grand Prize winner first shows proof (in a form acceptable to the Sponsors) of having a valid driver’s license (equivalent to a full “G” class license in Ontario) in the province/territory in which he/she resides and proof (in a form acceptable to the Sponsors) of satisfactory insurance; (ix) the minimum cost of the new 2017 motorcycle is $7,000 CDN and the Sponsors reserve the right (in its sole and absolute discretion) to allow the confirmed winner to allocate any difference between actual cost of the new motorcycle and the maximum value limit of ten thousand dollars ($10,000 CDN, including sales taxes) to the purchase of safety equipment accessories from the Dealership or rider training courses (all subject to the Sponsor’s approval at their sole and absolute discretion); (x) confirmed Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all expenses that are not included in the Grand Prize description above, including, but not limited to, registration and license fees, insurance, additional accessories and all other costs associated with: (a) any cost over the maximum value limit of ten thousand dollars ($10,000 CDN) including sales taxes; (b) obtaining a valid driver’s license, license plates, registration, insurance and/or fuel; and/or (c) taking delivery of the Grand Prize; and (xi) all characteristics and features of the Grand Prize (including without limitation, colour and other specifics) are subject to availability. The Grand Prize will only be awarded to the eligible entrant whose verifiable full name and valid e-mail address appears on the Entry Form.


Regional Secondary Prizes: There are seven (7) regional Secondary Prizes (each a “Secondary Prize”, collectively “Secondary Prizes”).  There will be one (1) Secondary Prize allocated to each Secondary Prize Entry Period (and the corresponding eligibility requirements). The number of Secondary Prizes will decrease as throughout the Contest as they are claimed in accordance with these Rules. Each Secondary Prize consists of a one hundred fifty dollar ($150 CDN) gift card.  Each Secondary Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable or convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion).  No substitutions except at Sponsor’s option.  Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to substitute any Secondary Prize or a component thereof with a prize of equal or greater retail value, including, without limitation, but at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, a cash award. All gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer.  Limit of one (1) Secondary Prize per person.


The Grand Prize and the Secondary Prizes will be referred to collectively as “Prizes” and are each a “Prize.”


None of the Released Parties makes any representation or offers any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of any Prize awarded in connection with the Contest. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each confirmed winner understands and acknowledges that he or she may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from either the Sponsors or any of the Released Parties should his/her Prize fail to be fit for its purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory.  For greater certainty and the avoidance of any doubt, by accepting a Prize, each confirmed winner agrees to waive all recourse against the Released Parties if his/her Prize or a component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part.

 

 

10. RANDOM PRIZE DRAWS:

 

Grand Prize Draw: On November 6, 2017 (the “Grand Prize Draw Date”) in Brantford, Ontario at 12:00 p.m. ET, one (1) eligible entrant will be selected by random draw (the “Grand Prize Draw”) from among all eligible Grand Prize Entries received in accordance with these Rules.   The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible Grand Prize Entries received in accordance with these Rules.  


Secondary Prizes Draws: On each of the following dates (the “Secondary Prize Draw Date(s)”) in Brantford, Ontario at 12:00 p.m. ET, one (1) eligible entrant will be selected by random draw (the “Secondary Prize Draw(s)”) from among all eligible Secondary Prize Entries received during the corresponding Secondary Prize Entry Period in accordance with these Rules. The odds of winning a Secondary Prize depend on the number of eligible Secondary Prize received during the applicable Secondary Prize Entry Period in accordance with these Rules.  The Grand Prize Draw Date and the Secondary Prize Draw Dates will be referred to collectively as “Draw Dates” and are each a “Draw Date.”

11. ELIGIBLE WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION:


The Sponsors or their designated representative will make a minimum of three (3) attempts to contact each eligible winner within five (5) business days of the applicable Draw Date.  If an eligible winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the applicable Draw Date, or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable; then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsors, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to the applicable Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant from among the remaining applicable eligible Entries received in accordance with these Rules in accordance with the procedures outlined in Rule 10 (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected eligible winner).  


NO ONE IS A WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL THE SPONSORS OFFICIALLY CONFIRM HIM/HER AS A WINNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE RULES.  BEFORE BEING DECLARED AS a CONFIRMED PRIZE WINNER, a potential Prize winner will be required to: (a) correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid; and (b) sign and return within five (5) business days of notification the declaration and release form provided by the Administrator (the “Declaration and Release Form”), which (among other things): (i) confirms compliance with these Rules; (ii) acknowledges acceptance of the applicable Prize (as awarded); (iii) releases the Released Parties from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, his/her participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of a Prize or any portion thereof; and (iv) agrees to the publication, reproduction, communication to the public by telecommunication and/or other use of his/her name, city and province/territory of residence, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsors in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet, worldwide in perpetuity.  If a potential Prize winner: (a) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question; (b) fails to return the properly executed Contest documents, including for greater clarity, the Declaration and Release Form, within the specified time; (c) cannot accept (or is unwilling to accept) the applicable Prize (as awarded) for any reason; and/or (d) is determined to be in violation of these Rules (all as determined by the Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion); then he/she will be disqualified (and will forfeit all rights to the applicable Prize) and the Sponsors reserves the right, in their sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant from among the remaining applicable eligible Entries received in accordance with these Rules (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected potential Prize winner).  


12. GENERAL CONDITIONS:


This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.  The decisions of the Sponsors with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal.  ANYONE DEEMED BY THE SPONSORS  TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THE SPONSOR’S INTERPRETATION OF THE LETTER AND/OR SPIRIT OF THESE RULES FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSORS AT ANY TIME.  


The Released Parties will not be liable for: (i) any failure of any website or any platform during the Contest; (ii) any technical malfunction or other problems of any nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, those relating to the telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; (iii) the failure of any Entry Form, Image and/or other information to be received, captured or recorded for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; (iv) any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in the Contest; (v) anyone being incorrectly and/or mistakenly identified as a winner or eligible winner; and/or (vi) any combination of the above. 


In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an Entry Form, Entry Form will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Entry Form in question.  Authorized account holder is defined as the person who is assigned to an email Account an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institute, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the applicable email address (as applicable) (“Authorized Account Holder”).  An entrant may be required to provide proof (in a form acceptable to the Sponsors) that he/she is the Authorized Account Holder of the email address (as applicable) associated with the Entry Form in question.  


The Sponsors reserve the right, subject only to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (the “Régie”) in Quebec, to cancel, withdraw, amend or suspend this Contest (or to amend these Rules) in any way, in the event of any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsors that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Rules, including, without limitation, any error, problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or failure of any kind whatsoever.  Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest in any way (as determined by Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion) may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsors reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.  The Sponsors reserve the right, subject only to the approval of the Régie in Quebec, to cancel, amend or suspend this Contest, or to amend these Rules, in any way without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, or for any other reason whatsoever.    The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate based on the circumstances and/or to comply with applicable law.


By entering this Contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsors, their agents and/or representatives, collecting, using, retaining and disclosing the personal information submitted, for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy (available at: http://www.mmic.ca/privacy-policy/). This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide the Sponsors or others in relation to the collection, use, retaining and/or disclosure of their personal information.


The Sponsors reserve the right, subject only to the approval of the Régie in Quebec, to adjust any of the dates, timeframes and/or other Contest mechanics stipulated in these Rules, to the extent deemed necessary by Sponsors, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant, Entry, Image(s) and/or other information with these Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Sponsors, in their sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Contest as contemplated in these Rules, or for any other reason.


For Quebec residents:  Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.  


In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these English Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including, but not limited to, the French version of these Rules, point of sale, television, print or online advertising and/or any instructions or interpretations of these Rules given by any representative of the Sponsors, the terms and conditions of these English Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.


The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.  In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with the terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.


To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules or the rights and obligations of participants, Sponsors or any of the other the Released Parties in connection with the Contest will be governed by and construed in accordance with the domestic laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws.  The parties hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Ontario in any action to enforce (or otherwise relating to) these Rules or relating to this Contest.
